Dale Scott of Harbor Springs, Michigan is a singer and songwriter with a wealth of performing experience. With his wife Maureen, Dale is a co-founder and current member of Peacemeal String Band. He has performed throughout Michigan and in Ontario, Canada during past decades.
In 1987, Dale Scott released his first recording “In the Spirit of Harmony” on cassette which consisted of a dozen of his compositions, some of which he still uses in his performances.
In the mid-1990’s, Peacemeal String Band released its first recording on cassette entitled “Among the Yellow Flowers” which included more of Dale’s compositions, including the title cut.
In 2006, Peacemeal String Band released its first recording on CD as a trio with Tim Joseph entitled “One Tune a Time” with more of Dale’s compositions included.
In 2014, Dale released “Zero to Sixty – In Six Decades Flat” which is a CD of his original songs with the musical assistance of Maureen, Pete Goehring, and John Devlin.
